Planning Applications
The Planning Applications listed below are on public notice in accordance with Section 57 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. These are applications which Council has the discretion to either approve or refuse based upon compliance with the requirements of the planning scheme.
Discretionary planning permit applications are subject to a mandatory public notification process which includes a 14-day public exhibition period where any person may inspect the application. The documents uploaded for viewing online are those specific to each application and can be accessed via Council’s website below or at Council offices.
