How to hire a Council facility

Council hires out a range of open space and built facilities to the community for sport, recreation and community purposes. Intending users must complete and lodge a Facility Hire Booking Form with Council. Terms and conditions apply to the hire and use of these facilities. 

The use of these facilities involves risk to the users and Council and users will be required to develop and submit a risk management plan and illustrate that their public liability insurance coverage meets Council’s requirements.
