Maximum 2 Food Vendors at any one time
Trading is only permitted from a mobile vending vehicle.
Only Mobile Food Van Permits issued by Waratah Wynyard Council accepted.
Parking for towing vehicle is not permitted at the same site as the vendor

Trading Locations Online Booking Policy

Online bookings are only available for 2 weeks in advance.

If it is found that vendors are making bookings that are not used, preventing other vendors from being able to book locations, then Council reserves the right to cancel the Mobile Vending Permit

NOTE: You must possess an approved Mobile Food Vendor Permit issued by Waratah Wynyard Council in order to use the booking facility.

Trading is permitted seven days a week, between the hours of 7am and 9pm, unless otherwise specified.

A vendor may trade for a maximum of 6 hours continuously in any one location on any given day.

Trading is only permitted from a mobile vending vehicle.

NOTE: You must possess an approved Mobile Food Vendor Permit issued by Waratah Wynyard Council in order to use this booking form.
Applications submitted without a Food Vendor Permit will be ignored.
