Tulip Festival 2025 Themes

Sustainability

The Tulip Festival is committed to sustainability as a key theme of the festival. If applicable, please share how your site aligns with sustainable practices. Demonstrating alignment with sustainability will earn a 20% discount on your site fee (excluding costs of marquees / power) and will be viewed favourably among applications, though is not a requirement.

Cultural Celebration

The Tulip Festival is committed to cultural celebration as a key theme of the festival. If applicable, please share how your site aligns with cultural celebration. This will be viewed favourably among applications, though is not a requirement.

Insurance & Licences

Do you hold active Public / Product Liability Insurance(Required)

Yes

Holding Public / Product Liability Insurance is optional for assessed low-risk stallholders & vendors. However, holding Public / Product Liability Insurance will be viewed favourably among applications.

Do you hold an active Mobile Food Business Licence / Notification Acknowledgement(Required)

Holding a mobile food business licence / notification acknowledgement is mandatory for all vendors selling food and/or drinks during the Tulip Festival.
