Targa Tasmania 2022 is scheduled to pass through Yolla on Saturday 30 April between 8.49AM-2.19PM. Please be advised that during this time Johnsons Road (between Oldina Road and Mount Hicks Road) and Oldina Road (between Timothy Drive and Johnsons Road) will be closed.

Council advises that the barbeque area at the Cam River Reserve will be unavailable for use from Monday 28 March due to new concrete and shelter upgrades.

Commencing the week starting 7 March, Council’s contractor will complete the final step of the Camp Creek reclamation project.
Over the next three months Council’s regular weed spraying program will take place on footpaths around Wynyard, Somerset, Yolla, Boat harbour and Sisters beach, walking tracks, rural road verges, public gardens and sports reserves, weather permitting.
Road resealing is scheduled to begin on Cummings Street in Boat Harbour on Monday 14 February.
Council is excited to announce that the Takone Road Bridge will undergo replacement works from 14 February.
Council advises that recycled crumb rubber resealing will commence at Raglan St Somerset on 9 February.
