Notice is given under Section 178 of The Local Government Act 1993 of the intent to sell 9 Martin Street Wynyard.
Under Section 178 (4)(b) objections to the proposed sale may be made in writing to the General Manager, within 21 days of the date of the first publication, so as to be received before 5.00 pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2020.
