• Valid Certificate of Registration of a Statewide Mobile Food Business.
• Valid Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance and Product Liability Insurance to a minimum of $20 million (Certificate must remain valid for the duration of the permit).
• Current road vehicle registration for the Mobile Food Van.
• Details of the type of food and drink that will be traded (e.g. menu).

I/We agree to accept the terms and conditions of the Mobile Vending Permit issued to me in accordance with the Vehicle & Traffic Act 1999 and HIGHWAY, PUBLIC RESERVES, PARKING AREAS AND STORMWATER BY-LAW BY-LAW 1 OF 2016.

I/We declare that the information provided on this form is accurate, complete and correct.

I/We undertake to operate in accordance with Council’s Guidelines for operating a Mobile Food Vehicle from Council owned or managed property and will comply with the Waratah-Wynyard Mobile Food Vendor Permit Guidelines. 

I/We understand that a permit may be cancelled if the General Manager of the Council is satisfied that the permit holder has not complied with the Guidelines or permit conditions. 

The permit holder agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified and to hold harmless the Council, its servants and agents and each of them from and against all actions, claims, charges, expenses and damages whatsoever, which may be brought about or made or claimed against it by any of them arising out of or in any way related to their food vending activities.

The permit holder agrees to comply with the requirements of food safety under the Food Safety Standards of Australia/New Zealand and the Food Act 2003 (TAS).
