Picnic tables and exercise equipment are dotted along the shared walking/cycling track – making this a popular recreational space. The beach itself is perfect for long sunrise and sunset walks, with stunning views to Table Cape and the mouth of the Cam River.
ANZAC Park and the Somerset Surf Life Saving Club are also located along the foreshore area.
Boats can be launched from Fairlands Beach – west of the Tennis Club.
