Shaw Contracting, on behalf of the Tasmanian Government, will commence important road improvement works at the Port Road and Blackabys Road junction on the Bass Highway from 11 August 2025.
These upgrades aim to improve safety and traffic flow in the area and are part of broader road infrastructure improvements across the North West. Motorists are advised to expect changed traffic conditions during this time, including reduced speed limits and possible delays.
