Waratah-Wynyard Council will be carrying out routine CBD cleaning works this September.
Somerset CBD
- Night works: Pressure washing will take place from 9 September to 11 September 2025, weather permitting.
Wynyard (Goldie Street)
- Night works: Pressure washing will occur from Monday 15 September to Thursday 18 September 2025, weather permitting.
In addition, chewing gum removal will be undertaken during daylight hours. Work areas will be clearly marked with safety signage and bollards to ensure public safety.
Council appreciates the community’s cooperation while these works are carried out to keep our town centres clean, safe and welcoming.
