On 1 August (weather dependent), contractors will begin pouring concrete for the first floor of the new Surf Club building. This work should take one day.
🚧 What this means:
To ensure public safety, foreshore parking near Seeker’s Café (on Port Road) will be limited from 1 August until further notice.
The new parking area and walkway are now open. Council encourages the community to begin using these instead of Port Road parking as Master Plan works continue.
To access the new parking, please follow the detour via Cummings Street and Moore Street.
