Waratah-Wynyard Council Mayor and Councillors have announced the appointment of Vanessa Adams to the vacant General Manager role. Council unanimously resolved to appoint Vanessa Adams to the vacant General Manager role at a special meeting held on Wednesday night.
As part of this decision, Council also resolved to change the role title from General Manager to Chief Executive Officer, reflecting a strategic approach to leadership and governance moving forward.
“Waratah-Wynyard Council looks forward to welcoming Vanessa Adams to the role of CEO, to continue delivering strong leadership and positive outcomes for our community,” Mayor Dr Mary Duniam.
