By-laws assist the Council to control and manage different areas of responsibility.
Waratah-Wynyard Council’s By-Law No. 1 of 2016 is for the purposes of regulating conduct and activities on roads, within public reserves, parking areas and in relation to stormwater management in the Waratah-Wynyard municipal area.
