Businesses serving or selling food are responsible for ensuring they hold all required food registrations, permits and approvals relevant to their proposed activity. If operating outside of your usual approved premises or in a temporary capacity, additional approvals may be required. If you are unsure, please contact Council prior to the event.

Businesses operating on the footpath or outside of their usual approved trading area are responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate approvals or authorisation from Council prior to the event. If you are unsure whether approval is required for your proposed activity, please contact Council before the event.
