Fellow Tasting Trail favourites La Cántara Artisan Cheeses and Tarkine Fresh Oysters will bring their delicious produce to Alchymia on Saturday afternoon for an adults-only gin and whisky pairing experience.

Great spirit is made by hand, not on a spreadsheet. Alchymia Distillery’s Matt and Sarah fell in love with distilling in 2016, so much so that they decided to jump off the corporate bus and build their own distillery. Now, Alchymia allows them to share their passion and craft with visitors and lovers of great spirit. Their range of small-batch, handcrafted spirits is available to taste and buy in their beautiful tasting room, only seven kilometers from Wynyard.
