Waratah-Wynyard Council have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Officer to support our Waratah Office.

The Opportunity

Based in Waratah the Customer Service Officer will provide support to the delivery of efficient, courteous and effective customer service support including reception and cashiering services.

About the Position

This is a permanent part-time position working a minimum of 25 hours per fortnight.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in an office environment including cash handling, data input and customer service.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to develop, maintain and monitor own work program to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the importance of the Waratah community
