Cr Raw is a retired school principal that has had a long career in many aspects of education. She currently volunteers at Vincent Industries implementing a literacy and numeracy program for the workers. Cr Raw has been on their board for seven years. She is also on the Local Enabling Group for the Waratah-Wynyard Larapi Child and Family Learning Centre. This great facility is currently being built in Gibbons Street and should be completed in early 2023.
As a long-term Wynyard resident, Cr Raw walks daily on the beautiful beaches, attends yoga classes and swims at Wynyard fitness. She sings in a local group called “The Original Ferals” and has recently taken up playing the piano again.
Cr Law strives to balance volunteering in and with the local community with a relaxed, productive lifestyle. Community is an important focus in her life.
