East Wynyard Foreshore

The East Wynyard foreshore runs along the Old Bass Highway to the mouth of the Inglis River, where it is linked to Gutteridge Gardens by a spectacular shared boardwalk built over the edge of the river.

Playground and gym equipment, picturesque picnic areas, public toilets, drinking water, picnic tables and electric barbecues line the foreshore area.

A walking track provides a pleasant stroll or ride along the foreshore – with linked access to several kilometres of track through Gutteridge Gardens and along the river.

A boat ramp adjacent to Port Creek at East Wynyard provides limited access to the beach.

The Wynyard Foreshore Markets are held on the first and third Sunday of every month from 8 am to 2 pm along the East Wynyard foreshore. The market showcases local produce and crafts, including jams, cakes, preserves, secondhand goods, plants, bric-a-brac, and much more.
