Code for Procurement, Tenders and Contracts Policy
As per Council's Procurement Policy:
Council's Contract Register is provided in an attempt to promote market competitiveness - to give potential tenderers warning as to when existing contracts are due to expire.
Any queries in relation to Tenders should be directed to Council's Director Engineering Services (03 6443 8351).
The Waratah-Wynyard Council does keep a register of persons/businesses interested in doing business with Council. A copy of the form 'Expressions of Interest for Doing Business with the Waratah-Wynyard Council' can be downloaded from this website.
