Agendas & Minutes
Council Meetings are conducted on the third Monday of every month commencing at 6:00pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and public question time is held during the meeting.
Meeting Agendas are available for inspection at the Council Offices 21 Saunders Street, Wynyard and Smith Street, Waratah on the Thursday pior to the meeting or alternatively can be viewed or downloaded below.

Audio Recording Council Meetings
Recordings of Council meetings are maintained on file for a period of six months from the date of the meeting and are available by request by contacting Council on 6443 8311.
Please note:
Due to a technical issue the Audio Recording for the Council Meeting held on 21 October 2019 and the Annual General Meeting held on 28 October 2019 is not available.
