Waratah-Wynyard Council has a new tourism website - www.visitwaratahwynyard.com.au
Waratah-Wynyard Mayor Robby Walsh helped unveil the new site to local Tourism operators at the Wonders Of Wynyard Exhibition Centre on Wednesday 27th November 2013.
The new dedicated tourism website aims to grow the community’s involvement in and visitor awareness of Waratah-Wynyard’s tourism attractions through localised content, strong imagery and online bookings.
The website is all about taking the tourism experiences of the municipal area into the online world
With just over 35,000 visitors a year serviced by the Wonders of Wynyard Exhibition and Information Centre, the website is an extension of Council’s visitor services and commitment to developing tourism as a key economic driver for the community.
