Waratah-Wynyard Council values feedback from its community. Please feel free to forward your comments on to Council via this online form. Anonymous comments are welcome however if you wish Council to respond to you personally in relation to your comments it will be necessary for you to provide contact information. Contact information normally includes information that the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 classifies as personal information. The intended recipients of personal information may include officers within Council, data service providers engaged by Council from time to time and other agents of Council. Please be assured Council will only use the information you supply for the purpose of contacting you to respond to your comments. You may make application for access or amendment to your personal information held by Council. Enquiries concerning this matter should be addressed in writing to Council's Privacy Officer.
